Custom Toll Blending

Toll blending, also called contract manufacturing or contract blending, is process in which the production of chemical blending is outsourced. We can take your formula, raw materials, and packaging and turn it into a finished product, ready for shipping. Avion specializes in non hazardous toll blending, private label manufacturing and packaging of both liquid and dry chemicals.

Avion can manage a large production campaign or small pilot batches for our customer's pre-production run testing.

Batch Sizes:

• Small batches from 1 to 55 gallons
• Large batches from 60 to 275 gallons

Avion Manufacturing Company can repackage liquid chemicals for you. We provide the facility and labor to repackage bulk material into smaller containers or consolidate smaller containers into bulk.

Confidentiality

Prior to discussing specifics of any toll blending project, a mutual non-disclosure confidentiality agreement will be signed by both parties. This will protect any type of confidential and proprietary information.
